We have a 'sizing guide' link on each product page, so you can find your perfect size in that specific style. Here you can find the product measurements for each size, see this style on customers of all sizes, any information on how to measure your dog correctly.
Please note, our sizes do vary between styles, and not all pet brands size alike, so please be sure to check this information, so you can find the perfect size.

Our product descriptions are quite thorough, they cover the materials used, where it's made, and how to care for and clean your products.
All Nice Digs products are proudly designed and handcrafted in Narrm, Australia. Each and every accessory is lovingly made by our close-knit, all-female creative team in our studio in Ferntree Gully, Victoria.

For Australian orders, we use AusPost and Sendle. Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive tracking info email from us.
Be sure to check the journey of your parcel, as this may give you a better idea of when to expect it or why there may be a delay, such as it's ready for collection at your local post office.
For international orders, we use Australia Post, Sendle for standard shipping and DHL Express for express international orders. Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive tracking info email from us.
Please note, once it leaves Australia, your tracking number will work with your local postal service tracking system. Be sure to check the journey of your parcel, as this may give you a better idea of when to expect it or why there may be a delay, such as it's ready for collection at your local post office.

We want you to love your Nice Digs purchase. If something isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return most items within 30 days of receiving your order - items returned outside of this period may not be accepted.
We have the following options available:
Full-priced items can be returned for an online credit (valid 3 years) or a full refund of the item(s), excluding shipping costs.
Items purchased during a sale or promotional can be returned for an online credit (valid for 3 years) to the value of the items returned at the time purchased, excluding any shipping costs.
Items marked as final sale or reduced to clear unfortunately cannot be returned, as all sales are final. Please shop mindfully with these products.
Please note, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all original packaging and labels/tags attached. Refunds or online credits are not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the condition of the returned product.
