How does the Win Your Order Back Giveaway work?

Place an order during our Black Friday sale and you automatically go into the draw for the chance to win your order back, fully refunded up to the value of $500! Every few days we'll be drawing an order number out of a hat and announcing a winner over on our Insta stories. There will be a total of 4 winners in total. 

My order is over $120, how do I receive my free gift?

If your order value is $120+ (subtotal not including shipping) you will be prompted to select either a Tunnel Ball dog toy or a Plush Catnip toy, valued at $35 for free! Please note, stock is limited so we recommend getting your orders in early. 

If I place multiple orders, will I get multiple gifts with purchase?

No, for fairness, each customer is entitled to strictly one of each gift total if criteria is met on an eligible order throughout the promotion, regardless of the number of additional eligible orders placed. If a customer places multiple smaller orders that combined reaches the criteria, we are not able to add gifts. Please note, to maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for all customers, we kindly reserve the right to modify orders in the event of any misuse or abuse of this policy.

Will you be restocking or adding new things throughout the sale?

Unfortunately, aside from the items set to be restocked at the start of the sale we wont be adding any extra stock to the sale. Some products are low in stock, so we'd recommend purchasing early.

How long will my order take to be fulfilled?

This is our absolute peak season, and we have anticipated a peak in demand. Our studio team are working extended hours to meet demand. We estimate it may take around 4-7 business days for you to receive your despatch information. Please also be mindful that selecting an express post service provides you with Australia Post Express Post (or equivalent) service, not a shortened despatch time/queue jump. Order despatches will occur in the order received.

All orders ship Monday through Friday from the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria. Processing typically takes 1-2 days for standard shipments, however please allow a little extra time during this busy period.

Are there any shipping delays?

Please note -  We're not responsible for shipping delays. We are all hands on deck to have your orders out the door as quick as we can. There are currently no known major delays in the Australia Postal system, but once those parcels leave us, unfortunately the delivery is out of our hands. 

Planning on purchasing for Christmas? 

Please check our advised cutoff dates here to see if your presents will arrive on time, and choose your delivery option accordingly. 

Can I change items in my order?

Due to the limited flexibility during our peak demand period, unfortunately we may not be able to make changes to your order but we will try our best. Please select sizing and styles carefully! Please refer to our product sizing and care information on our product pages before finalising your order. If you do need to change something please let us know right away, and we'll do our best! email customercare@nicedigs.com.au We're unable to make any changes to an order once you've received your email confirming your shipment because we're working quickly to get it to your doorstep!

Can I add to my order?

Due to the limited flexibility during our peak demand period, unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders that have completed checkout.To secure any additional items you want at our amazing sale prices, you will need to place another order. 

I have made multiple orders, can I combine them?

Thanks for the order love! Due to the volume of orders moving through the studio, we cannot guarantee these requests. Please send us an email to customercare@nicedigs.com.au with COMBINE SHIPPING REQUEST in the subject. If your orders are shipped before this is picked up, unfortunately we cannot refund additional shipping paid during Black Friday.

Can I use a Nice Digs Gift Card?

Yes! As it's a form of payment, please make sure you use it at checkout as we can't apply it post purchase.

I forgot to use my code/gift card, can you apply it for me?

Unfortunately, we can't apply a gift card or offer code to an existing order after it's been placed. However, you can look forward to utilising the gift card for your upcoming purchase or use the code within its expiry on eligible items.

Can I return a sale purchase?

All discounted sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund, most items can be exchanged except items marked FINAL SALE. Should you wish to exchange your goods, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is not a final sale item. As long as the item is in “as new” condition, Nice Digs will accept it and issue a credit note for the amount paid for the returned item (i.e. less discounts and any shipping costs). Please contact us at customercare@nicedigs.com.au. 

Some products are marked FINAL SALE, this means this product cannot be returned for a refund, credit note OR for an exchange. 

I'm sending a gift directly to your loved one

If you are ordering to send a gift directly to the recipient, please make note of this in the note section at check out. You can request a personalised message to be included and for the physical receipt to be left out of the parcel. 

I can't decide, can you hold it for me?

See something you like? Stock is very limited (beds especially) and unfortunately we cannot hold any items.
